Philip & Bonita Halliburton were missionaries serving in Seoul, Korea with the Network of International Christian Schools. The Halliburton's moved to Korea in July, 1995. Phil was the director of International Christian School and Bonnie was the school's bookstore manager. The couple really enjoyed their ministry in Korea. They have developed friendships that are priceless. Phil & Bonnie really enjoy hanging out with students. The couple believe that tomorrow's leaders are today's students. Phil loves to challenge students to reach their full potential and strive for spiritual, personal, and academic excellence.

One year when Phil was in America recruiting teachers, Bonnie saw a three week old puppy while visiting some friends in Tongduchon, Korea. The dog seemed very cold so she decided to take it in. When he was a pup, he had a pugs nose, so that is how he ended up with the name Pugsley. The original plan was for the dog to stay in a pen. However, the dog soon found his way into the Hal's home. In January 2003, the dog turned seven years old in human age and has a reputation for being very headstrong. Pugsley has been used as object lessons in chapel and has seen his way into many different school pictures to include several school yearbooks.

Phil decided about six years ago to dive into web design because the school he served at didn't have a website and couldn't afford to contract it out. One day when Phil was tinkering around with the website background, his dog got jealous and wanted his master's attention. Phil ignored him and before you know it, the dog jumped into his lap and accidentally put his paw print on the keyboard. As fate would have it, Pugsley made the background design look much better. Since those early days of website design, Phil has spent thousands of hours, learning the process. He has a teaching background in computers so that helped with the programming attributes. Pugsley still contributes to many designs so he is the 'boss' of the web design company. The main point about selecting our web company, is that the final product is top notch. Pugsleywebmaster will 'lose' money rather than sacrifice a website that does not meet the expectations of the client or this company. Phil's goal was never to start a web design & hosting company. However, many people have contacted him and asked for assistance in web design after seeing his work on the web. He began to pray seriously about starting this type of venture. As a result, he is taking a step of faith and tackling this part time.
